Eltham Little Theatre invites you to our Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Saturday 28th March, 2026 at 4:00pm. We will be holding it at the Eltham Performing Arts Centre (1603 Main Road, Research 3095).

If you are unable to attend, please advise the ELT Secretary in writing via email.  All apologies received will be recorded at the AGM.

In accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act 2012, please be aware of important documents:

Proxy Voting Form

If an eligible member is unable to attend the AGM, they can appoint another eligible member of ELT as their proxy. A proxy can also be used to nominate a non-attendee for a committee position on their behalf.

Proxy forms can be lodged one of 2 ways:

Emailed to the Secretary  no later than 4:00 PM Friday 27nd March 2026

or

​

A form appointing a proxy must be handed to the Chairperson of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting to be lodged with the Secretary.

Nominations for Officers and Ordinary Members of the Committee

 

During the AGM all positions will be declared vacant. Nominations are invited for candidates for election as officers of the Association and ordinary members of the Association being:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Ticket Secretary

• Ordinary Members

 

An eligible member of the Association must be a financial member for 10 business days prior to nomination (Friday, 13th March 2026). All 2025 adult financial members are eligible to vote at the 2026 AGM.

 

General Business

Only questions submitted and attached to the agenda can be raised under General Business at the Annual General Meeting. Any question a member would like to raise in General Business needs to be submitted in writing to the ELT Secretary no later than 4:00pm Friday 27th March 2026, via email to allow time for the completion of the agenda.

1 week prior to the AGM (21st of March 2025), all reports to be tabled at the AGM (e.g. President, Treasurers, etc.) will be also added here for your review. ​
